Michael is part of the inaugural Master of Design Engineering class at Harvard. He is a polymathic creative who loves taking photos of food, is self learned in the art of calligraphy, and enjoys all of Nicole's delicious confectionery creations.
Nicole has recently received her degrees in baking and pastry and Bachelor's of Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality Management from the Culinary Institute of America. She is an artistic creative who loves chocolate and is self learned in the art of ice cream making.

Truffles are best eaten within 4 weeks of production. Each box comes with a date to let you know when they should be consumed by. Truffles should be stored at room temperature of 68 degrees fahrenheit and not in direct sunlight.
